LKTunes collects only the information necessary to provide the service. When you sign in, we store an account identifier to associate your saved data — such as liked songs, followed artists, playlists, and saved workflows — with your account. We do not store your password.

We may also store anonymized usage data such as search queries to improve recommendations. This data is not linked to your identity unless you are signed in.

2. How we use your data

• To save and restore your liked songs, playlists, followed artists, and library workflows.
• To cache music and artist metadata so the app loads faster for you.
• To personalise the Autopilot feature based on your listening history within a session.
• To improve the overall product through aggregate, de-identified usage patterns.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Third-party services

LKTunes relies on trusted third-party infrastructure for authentication, data storage, and music metadata. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and security standards. We do not share personally identifiable information with any third party beyond what is required to operate the service.

4. Data retention

Your saved data is retained for as long as your account exists. Cached data expires automatically on a rolling basis. You may delete your saved workflows at any time from the Library page.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage to remember your preferences, such as volume settings. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Your rights

You may request deletion of all data associated with your account at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data.
